FAQ

What treatments are used?

I am prepared to treat a variety of issues related to mental health, marital problems, chronic or terminal illness and aging. I aim to actively engage with my clients in a way that is best suited for them as they work through personal challenges. These challenges may include individual mental health, disputes between couples and geriatric care. To address them, I use Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Narrative, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic and Strength-Based Therapies. To learn more, view the "Services" drop-down tab.

How long does therapy take?

There is no definitive answer. Every individual seeking therapy has specific needs and will respond differently to treatments. Ultimately, you should continue in therapy as long as you feel is right for you.
