Individual Therapy

I provide a safe, judgement-free space for individuals to work through a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, stress management, coping skills, relationship and family issues and chronic illness.  


I also provide support to those who feel stressed or may be lacking work/life imbalance.  When things get to be too much, burnout, dissatisfaction and compromised health can affect us. I can help guide you back to a place of fulfillment, happiness and productivity in your career and personal life by addressing stress and the root cause of imbalance.
