In the busy rush of life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lose sight of what truly matters to us. We might get caught up in the whirlwind of demands, leaving little time to pause and reflect on how we're really feeling. This can leave us feeling trapped and unsure of how to make things better. Drawing from the principles of Internal Family Systems, I offer gentle support to help people connect with themselves more deeply. By understanding their inner needs and feelings, they can navigate life more consciously and with greater energy from within. I can help.

With two decades of professional experience in clinical social work and therapy, I hold a master's degree from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree from Madonna University. My commitment to providing compassionate assistance and guidance has led me to address a diverse spectrum of issues, encompassing the management of depression, anxiety, women's issues, relationship conflict, narcissistic abuse recovery, and trauma.
I have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems. In addition to my EMDR Certification, I also hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional credential.
I hold licensure in the state of Michigan as well as being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
Beyond my commitment to clinical practice, I nurture a balanced work/life dynamic by engaging in rejuvenating activities such as yoga, running, hiking, and cycling. Having been a triathlete and endurance athlete in the past, I now discover the peace and pleasure in trail running. It brings me joy to inspire my clients to embrace relaxation and stress management through the simple yet revitalizing experience of connecting with the outdoors.
