The PA Collective

The PA Collective: A Support Space for IFS Program Assistants

Coming Soon – A Workshop for IFS Program Assistants

As Program Assistants, we hold space for therapists in training while also navigating the complexities of our own internal systems. The PA Collective is designed as a dedicated support space for IFS PAs to check in with their parts, speak for their parts, and deepen their ability to guide others through IFS practice and reflection groups.

This workshop goes beyond the foundational Program Assistant Development Workshop offered by the IFS

Together, we will:


  • Cultivate Self-energy while holding space in training environments
  • Explore parts that arise in the PA role and learn how to work with them
  • Hone teaching and guiding skills to support therapists in practice and reflection groups
  • Build community and connection with fellow PAs who share this unique experience


Whether you’re a new PA or have been in this role for years, The PA Collective offers a space for growth, reflection, and support.
