Frequently Asked Questions

I am licensed to practice in Michigan and Arizona and am offering safe and convenient telehealth visits for residents of both states. 

I am prepared to treat a variety of issues related to mental health, marital problems, chronic or terminal illness and aging. I aim to actively engage with my clients in a way that is best suited for them as they work through personal challenges. To address them, I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Narrative, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic and Strength-Based Therapies. To learn more, view the "Services" drop-down tab. 

There is no definitive answer. Every individual seeking therapy has specific needs and will respond differently to treatments. Ultimately, you should continue in therapy as long as you feel is right for you. 

You can expect a safe, judgement-free, anti-racist environment that allows you to process and work through any challenges you may be facing. My billing service will provide payment estimates as a courtesy, however clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their own network’s scope of benefits, co-pays, and other financial information.
